Acclaimed soprano Susanna Phillips brings her 鈥渂lend of vigor, expressive depth and tonal splendor鈥 (San Francisco Chronicle) to her CFC debut with a freewheeling mini cabaret. Next up, HK Gruber鈥檚 charmingly experimental 鈥淢OB鈥 pieces make an intriguing pairing with Martin暖鈥檚 musical soap opera based on the love life of kitchen utensils. (Really.) The program culminates with one of the most famous and influential theatrics of all time: the relentless, seductive, revolutionary The Rite of Spring.
